MVP Realty did a great job selling my house in Ave Maria a couple of months ago. It was only on the market for 6 days but I received my first offer before it even went live. I ended up accepting an all cash offer. It wasn't my highest offer but I didn't have to wait for other buyers to get financed and so it also expedited the closing date by about a month.

I had an issue with the Maple Ridge HoA trying to prevent the sale because the sidewalk wasn't clean to their liking. I had it pressure sprayed twice and it still wasn't good enough. The 3rd time my realtor, Daniel Maguire, even went and pressure sprayed it himself. The HoA still wasn't satisfied though. But Daniel got the buyers to agree to have it taken care of themselves within 2 weeks of closing, so the sale finally went through. I am glad to be free of that HoA... I hope the new owers are content.

I would certainly use MVP Realty again. But I have no plans of owning another home in Florida.

Very appreciative of MVP Realty, the management team is exceptional and does a lot for all their agents. And there were definitely a lot of us, so the fact they are available when you need them and on top of all their active and even inactive transactions from the past really amazes me and they deserve some recognition for this.
